Welcome to Episode 2 of Happy Stuff with some hopefully uplifting quotes from my three books, various social media postings and the And The Happy Rabbit Says series of 365 inspiring suggestions I’ve sent millions of times to free subscribers from around the world (daily from 2005 to 2015, via The-Happy-Side).
At first and taken out of context, some Happy Rabbit messages may appear to be overly simplistic and excessively positive for first-time readers, and perhaps particularly so during these often rather challenging or outright tough times; I wrote them to serve as daily reminders of the topics discussed in my first book in 1999 – Yes I Am Happy Now! – where we delved deeply into the subject matters raised below (and many more) and came to make a total of 99 Happy Realizations (with the book title actually being number 99).
So here we go, please enjoy!
You deserve to be happy – feel this truth within, and start to be happy now! (36/365)
Feel the message a problem is trying to teach you – understand, and you’ll know the best solutions too (33/365)
Love the truth, live the truth, and you will know the truth.
Dare to trust your instincts and be your own authority – and you'll be truly confident and happy! (209/365)
Never ever postpone your happiness – for any reason – not even for a moment! (12/365)
Some people's idea of being happy is to be constantly upset. (2018)
P.S. Try to ignore often negative clickbait and shockvertising (shock advertising).
P.P.S. In my book, I've elaborated on why it is both smarter and more effective to be(come) a happy activist (of any kind) rather than being a sad or mad one...
The world was the way it is before you arrived – accept this truth, do your best and enjoy yourself! (59/365)
P.S. Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose: the more things change, the more they stay the same.
P.P.S. We are solely responsible for our own actions or non-actions (no matter what blame-gamers say). (2018)
Be truly grateful for all the good people and things in your life – and you’re happy right away! (13/365)
Life is not about arguing about rights or wrongs – it’s about doing the right thing and being happy! (162/365)
Happiness is a direct function of our beliefs. (2018)
P.S. Dare to identify and change your bad beliefs... (e.g. conflicting, illogical, wrong, negative, depressing, disheartening, degrading, distressing, etc.)
Bad beliefs lead to bad thoughts; bad thoughts lead to bad actions; bad actions lead to bad results; bad results lead to bad feelings. (Beyond Machine Man)
Happy people know how to have a good time even during bad times.
(Yes I Am Happy Now!)
When we are strong and happy, vibrating at high energy levels, our immune system works properly and all is fine. (Yes I Am Happy Now!)
Today I let go of all that caused anger and pain, sorrows and grief, disappointments and tears.
I fondly remember the joyful experiences, the achievements earned and the lessons learned;
I happily keep the best and lovingly surrender the rest!
From now on I welcome and accept all that brings joy, satisfaction and success.
I'm grateful for everything that adds to my health, wealth and wisdom,
I joyfully focus on all that increases my love, peace and happiness!
~ Merry Christians (2016, p. 108)
Love is the true origin behind our desire for approval, acceptance and respect. And, whether we chase – more or less desperately – all kinds of things, from money to power, from beauty to fame... yet, what we're really after, is l o v e.
(Yes I Am Happy Now!)
Don’t expect to receive approval, respect or love from those who don’t yet know themselves! (117/365)
Once we fully realize again who we really are, we will automatically experience more of our true inherent positive feelings and less negative emotions.
~ Beyond Machine Man: Who we really are and why Transhumanism is just an empty promise!
Love, say what you want, do what you can, hope for the best, and surrender the rest. (Merry Christians)
P.S. For those who don't like the word surrender:
Love, say what you want, do what you can, hope for the best, and let go off the rest.
I hope that you’ve enjoyed at least some of the insights, thanks for reading!
